Hospitality Services is comprised of six distinct divisions: Campus Eateries, Residence Dining, Great Hall Catering, Conference Services, Vending Services and Stadium Concessions (TD Stadium). While each area has its individual market sector, we are part of the same team, working toward common goals.
We have over 600 staff members working in our various divisions. We service over 20,000 customers per day in 28 campus operations providing our guests with a wide variety of options and choices including many of your favourite franchises. Did you know that we have 11 Tim Hortons, 5 Fire Roasted Coffee locations, 2 Starbucks Coffeehouses as well as 1 Doi Chaang Coffee location on campus? Now that's a lot of coffee options!
Exceptional cuisine and its proper presentation are paramount to the success of Great Hall Catering. Our creative team of award winning professionals provide planning assistance and service to the University community as well as to the London community. From venue to menu, we do it all!
In our 7 residence operations, we are "home" to over 5,000 students who usually join us for 3 meals a day, 7 days a week throughout the academic year. We become part of their family and we strive to make each of their dining experiences a positive one.
Every May to August, Western opens its doors to provide our summer guests with the one-of-a-kind facilities and services required to ensure their next conference, meeting or convention is a unique and satisfying one.
